Compliance Systems Analyst

We're looking for a Compliance Systems Analyst to transform compliance, safety and operational data into meaningful insights that improve performance and reduce risk. About the role - Mō te tūranga Working closely with compliance, H&S and operational leaders, you'll identify trends, uncover risks and deliver reporting that supports better decision‑making across the business. Key responsibilities Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for compliance, risk and H&S reporting Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps and emerging risks Developing and interpreting lead and lag indicators Conducting root cause analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of controls and treatments Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories for non‑technical stakeholders Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across compliance and safety What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga? You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with data, asking good questions, and turning information into insights that help people make better decisions. Strong Power BI and data visualisation skills Experience analysing data and producing meaningful insights Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to identify trends and translate data into action Experience with operational, compliance, transport or safety data is advantageous As an organisation that thrives on collaboration and creating shared clarity, please note we are onsite first but can flex when we need to.
