Find out more at www.realsteel.co.nz About the Role As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping materials, stock, and deliveries flowing smoothly across the business. Working closely with our Finance & Supply Manager and our production, logistics, sales, and finance & supply team, you’ll help ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support customer orders and production schedules. This is a varied role that combines supply planning, inventory management, supplier coordination, and systems administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem‑solving, and working across multiple parts of a business. This is a part‑time position, 25 hours per week spread across 5 days. What you'll be doing Coordinating the purchase and delivery of raw materials, consumables, services, and other business supplies Supporting demand and supply planning to ensure materials are available when needed Monitoring inventory levels and helping maintain accurate stock records across the business Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies and supply chain issues Coordinating inbound deliveries and working with suppliers to ensure on‑time supply Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, building strong relationships and resolving day‑to‑day issues Maintaining accurate information in ERP and inventory systems Preparing reports on inventory, supplier performance, and supply chain risks Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and supply chain performance Supporting the wider business with supply‑related administration and coordination activities as required What you'll bring Experience in a supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or coordination role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate systems and data Confidence working with ERP, inventory management, or business systems A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to resolve issues proactively Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams A collaborative, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support where needed Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment would be advantageous Exposure to demand planning, forecasting, or process improvement would be beneficial Why join Real Steel?
