AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

Ultimate Cars is looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional vehicle sales role. We’re searching for someone who can connect with customers, close deals and confidently represent Ultimate Cars in promotional videos and social media content. Women with strong sales backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven sales experience in any industry is essential * Automotive dealership experience is an advantage, but not required * Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills * A confident and engaging personality in front of the camera * Basic photo and video editing skills * A genuine passion for outstanding customer service * Self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets * Ability to develop long-term customer relationships * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Full New Zealand driver’s licence, or the ability to obtain one * Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand Experience in automotive sales, finance, retail, real estate or another customer-facing sales role would be highly valued. An interest in vehicles, multilingual communication skills and availability to work rostered weekends will also be an advantage.
