The Ministry of Social Development is seeking a Claimant Support Specialist to work from our Wellington and Auckland locations. This permanent role delivers compassionate, trauma-informed support to survivors navigating historic claims and redress processes. You will guide claimants from first contact through to resolution, sharing information, answering questions, and linking to appropriate supports.
