About the Role Community Care Coordination provides a single point of access, navigation and coordination for people requiring health based short term and enablement services across the Region. Community Care coordination ensures Best Practice, Care and support in the community for Mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellbeing. The Operations Manager is accountable for successful daily service operations of the Community Care Coordination service and for managing the resources (human, operations and financial) to achieve the agreed service outcomes. The role is expected to provide leadership and direction to the expanding team through role modelling a professional, collaborative, and client focused serviceAs a manager you will be accountable for facilitating and supporting implementation of improvements and changes that align to the expansion of BOPCCC. The role will be responsible for planning, leading, organising and managing the improvements and changes associated with the expansion of BOPCCC. The Operations Manager will collaborate with the 2 i/c to facilitate, implement and incorporate planned changes and improvements into the daily operations for BOPCCC. About the Team/Service/ Location Situated in the sunny eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island, the Bay of Plenty. Community Care coordination provides compassionate client interactions and collaborative work with healthcare professionals to guide clients toward the best appropriate available services. About you A relevant tertiary qualification in management, business or health A minimum of two years management experience in service operations, preferably in a health setting.
