The Department of Conservation on Rakiura / Stewart Island is seeking a Ranger Biodiversity to lead the seasonal programme protecting hoiho / yellow eyed penguins. The role involves nest searching, monitoring, transport, rehabilitation, data entry, predator control, and coordinating volunteers, with field work alongside mana whenua and community groups.
