About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to influence the delivery of community services across New Zealand. As the National Community Ministries Contracts Coordinator , you will provide national oversight and coordination of Community Ministries contracts, ensuring contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and service outcomes are achieved. Working closely with Community Ministries leaders, funders, and government agencies, you will support centres to achieve strong performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help build a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvemen What will your responsibilities be: Coordinate and monitor Community Ministries contracts to ensure performance expectations and contractual outcomes are achieved. Lead national reporting processes and develop performance summaries, dashboards, and insights. Support centres to understand contract requirements, manage risks, and implement improvement plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, funders, and internal stakeholders. Support the implementation of new contracts, service initiatives, and funding opportunities. Promote consistent, outcomes-focused practice across Community Ministries services nationwide. Our ideal candidate will: You are a highly organised and relationship-focused professional who enjoys working across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve results. You bring a strong understanding of contract management, performance reporting, and service delivery within the social services sector. You will ideally have: Experience coordinating or managing government-funded contracts. Strong analytical, reporting, and quality improvement skills. Experience working within social services, community development, housing, youth, family, or wellbeing services. Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to influence and support teams without direct line management authority.
