About the role Building condition surveys and technical inspections Defect investigations and reporting Commercial and residential property assessments Dilapidation and pre-purchase surveys Client liaison and technical advice Preparing professional reports and recommendations Developing long-term client relationships No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their technical experience. About you A qualification in Building Surveying, Construction or a related discipline Around 2-6 years' industry experience Experience within consultancy or the wider construction sector Strong communication and report writing skills A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn The ability to build strong client relationships Candidates with UK Building Surveying experience who are looking to relocate to New Zealand are also encouraged to apply.
