In our invasive ventilation and humidification team, we put the patient first. This role is made for an inquisitive and practical personality. Critical thinking skills and a long-term focus are essential. This role has the variety you are looking for as no two days are the same – whether you’re updating a product or negotiating a new regulation or helping solve a manufacturing issue, you’ll need to be quick on your feet and comfortable working with people from all parts of the business, such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Regulatory or Process and Operations Engineering.Being able to communicate your ideas to any of those audiences in formal or informal situations is also essential. You’ll need to be familiar with common standards and regulations that we use and be focused on planning and delivery of projects. About you - you will have A degree (Graduate or higher) in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field Graduate to 3-5 years of relevant experience What You’ll Bring Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning Willingness to take on a variety of different projects, try new ideas, manage risk and resolve uncertainty Confidence navigating design controls and regulatory frameworks or a willingness to extend your skills and knowledge to include those areas Working With Us Care to join a supportive environment?Fisher & Paykel Healthcare foster an inclusive work environment founded on our culture of care and cooperation.
