Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Marlborough, New Zealand, is hiring an onsite Clinical Pharmacist to work with a team of pharmacists and technicians. You will resolve medication queries, perform polypharmacy reviews and conduct face-to-face medication assessments to improve patient outcomes and access to healthcare.
