This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and developing a high-performing team - all while championing a genuine safety-first culture. About the Role As Blenheim Branch Manager, you'll take full ownership of branch performance across in the Marlborough region. You'll set the strategic direction, manage the P&L, and ensure your team delivers excellent service, every day. You'll report to the Regional Manager (based in Christchurch) and work closely with the Branch Manager in Nelson and our national support teams to keep the branch running smoothly and profitably. What You'll Be Doing Driving financial performance - owning branch budgets, targets, and a clear business plan aligned with company strategy Growing the customer base - analysing territory potential, running a systematic call cycle, and identifying new sales opportunities to maximise revenue Leading the team - recruiting, coaching, and mentoring branch staff, setting the standard through your own example Managing the sales pipeline - keeping CRM data and branch reporting accurate and up to date Championing product expertise - becoming a go-to expert on our range to support customers and resolve queries confidently Upholding branch standards - ensuring presentation, service levels, and processes meet company expectations Leading on health & safety - maintaining a safe working environment, proactively managing hazards, and building a strong safety culture across the branch What You'll Bring Proven experience leading teams in a customer service environment, with a track record of coaching people to high performance. Knowledge of our industry is beneficial. A results-oriented mindset - you take ownership of outcomes and know how to change the result yourself Strong decision-making ability and the confidence to back your judgement Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for building relationships Solid commercial acumen - you understand the levers that drive business performance Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems - M3 experience an advantage) A full Class 1 driver's licence with F endorsement A reasonable level of physical fitness, with the ability to handle products up to 20kg The ability to stay calm, accurate, and effective under pressure while juggling multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
