Job Description We are looking for aFinancialAnalystto join our team and work closely with the Workforce Planning Lead and wider business to ensure our stores are set up for success, every hour of every day. This is an opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes, shaping how we plan,measureand optimiseStore Labouracross our network of more than 180 stores. You will combine analytics, collaboration and commercial insight to help ensure our stores are resourced to deliver at their best. A bit about the role: Provide financial analysis on store performance, month-endresultsand future trends. Ensure stores have the right people in the right place at the right time to deliver operational excellence. Make recommendations to senior stakeholders on opportunities to improve store labourfinancialperformance. Work with Finance teams to produce operationally sound budget targets for stores. Support the ongoing success of the Workforce Scheduling and Time and Attendance system. Deliver clear, insight-ledreporting anddashboardsforsenior stakeholdersto support financial decision making. Partner with the wider Operations team to test andvalidatemodel assumptionsare financially sound. Monitor performance against labour allocations,identifyingvariances,trendsand opportunities. Qualifications Previousexperience infinancial labour analysis, preferably within a multi-site retail environment. A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders. Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI. Confidence translating data into clear, actionable insights. Strong commercial awareness and communication skills. A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving better outcomes.
