Te Roopu Taurima is seeking a Kaiāwhina (Support Worker) to support tāngata in our whare with a focus on dignity and independence. The role operates across residential homes in Papakura, aligning with tikanga Māori and cultural safety. You will work alongside your Kaitaataki and team, delivering hands-on support, encouraging participation in community life while upholding mana and whānau connections.
