Learning Support Coordinator

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts Greenhithe School is looking to appoint an experienced SENCo or LSC who enjoys working collaboratively, brings warmth and a keen sense of humor to our leadership team. Someone who can confidently manage multiple complex cases and has a proven ability to build strong systems while maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, whānau and external agencies. You will be organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about ensuring every learner has the opportunity to succeed. Our new LSC will have proven experience in building school capability to effectively identify, support, and monitor students with additional learning needs, ensuring inclusive practices that enable all learners to thrive. You will be confident leading Learning Assistants and supporting teacher capability.
