The Opportunity We are looking for an Inventory Manager to lead the inventory control function within our busy warehouse operation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive inventory accuracy, lead a small team, and play a key role in the site's overall success. What you will do: Lead and continuously improve inventory control processes and stock accuracy. Manage cycle counts, stock investigations, and variance reconciliations. Oversee stock rotation, short-dated stock, blocked stock, and supplier returns. Provide training, guidance, and support on inventory best practices. Contribute to Health & Safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment. Support warehouse operations and continuous improvement activities as required. What we are looking for: Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar environment. Leadership experience or a desire to step into a people leadership role. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience with SAP or Manhattan Scale is highly regarded. Physically fit and able to regularly lift up to15kg .
