As Sales Manager, Auckland, you’ll lead sales activity across a portfolio of villages from South Auckland to the North Shore. Your focus will be growing occupancy by generating enquiries, managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into completed ORA sales. Working closely with our village leaders, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams, you’ll deliver strong commercial results while creating a great experience for prospective residents and their families. What you’ll be doing Lead sales activity across your villages, growing the pipeline and ORA sales Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them from enquiry through to sale Manage ILU and Care enquiries, ensuring leads are followed up and progressed Use HubSpot and sales data to identify opportunities and drive conversion Ensure available units are presented at their best Coach and support village leaders to strengthen sales capability Partner with Marketing on promotions, events and lead-generation activity Work with the Regional Operations Manager to drive Occupancy Growth Plans For us, sales aren’t just about the deal.
