We're looking for a passionate people person to join our team at our Porirua North City Advice Centre as a Customer Specialist. As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the friendly face our customers turn to for support and guidance. You'll help them with everyday banking needs, introduce them to digital banking solutions, and identify opportunities to connect them with the right products and specialists when needed. No two days are the same. You'll build meaningful relationships, solve problems, and help customers feel confident about their financial future. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week on a flexible roster, Monday - Saturday. We're looking for someone who: Loves helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences Enjoys building relationships and having meaningful conversations Learns quickly and adapts confidently to new technology and systems Is curious and asks great questions to understand customer needs Thrives in a team environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude Has experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, contact centres, sales or banking Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine desire to help customers and a willingness to learn.
