As our International Market Coordinator , you'll play a key role in supporting Kathmandu's international market operations and growth strategies. Working closely with the Head of International Sales & Brand Development, you'll coordinate with internal stakeholders and distribution partners to ensure product information, pricing, marketing assets and orders are managed accurately and delivered on time. You will: Coordinate marketing, sales and product information across international markets. Maintain and administer the international SharePoint environment, including permissions and access management. Collaborate with Product teams to ensure seasonal product ranges and pricing information are accurate and up to date. Maintain distributor information, pricing structures and contract-related data within business systems. Support the planning and delivery of international sales meetings and events. Liaise with distributors around the world to provide timely business information and support. Manage and maintain accurate product, pricing and contract data within D365. Help ensure a single source of truth for international product and distributor information. Support international order execution, stock allocation and sales order processing. Partner with Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective product delivery. Generate sales invoices and support timely payment processes. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems, processes and international operations. Have the ability to work with different time zones occasionally to liaise with international distributors This is a varied role that provides exposure to multiple areas of the business and offers the opportunity to build strong relationships while supporting the growth of Kathmandu's international markets.
