Prepare and cook menu items to BurgerFuel recipes and brand standards Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation Manage stock rotation, portion control and minimise food waste Complete temperature checks and follow food safety and hygiene procedures Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience Ensure HACCP and WHS compliance and company operational standards More About You Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or QSR environment Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive during busy service periods Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and stock rotation practices Willingness to learn under guidance from our senior chefs Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster The application period will close on 17/09/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
