Job Description
INTEC Energy Solutions is a global Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) company delivering utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and associated infrastructure across more than 16 countries. With a secured pipeline exceeding 5GW , INTEC is continuing to expand across Australia and New Zealand, delivering some of the region's most exciting renewable energy projects. The Role We are looking for a Construction Site Logistics Coordinator to join our project team on a full-time, site-based basis for a major utility-scale renewable energy project north of Auckland. This is a hands-on construction site role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day logistics that keep the project moving. You will help ensure materials, equipment, plant, deliveries and waste are managed efficiently and are available where and when the construction teams need them. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Site Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and transport providers, taking ownership of the day-to-day execution of site logistics. You will be supported by INTEC's Corporate Supply Chain Manager, who will provide the broader logistics planning, systems, processes and project set-up. Your focus will be bringing that plan to life on site — coordinating movements, managing priorities and responding quickly when construction requirements change. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on site, working directly with construction teams and solving practical logistics challenges rather than being behind a desk. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate day-to-day construction site logistics, ensuring materials, equipment, plant and deliveries are available when required. Manage deliveries, transport movements, laydown areas, storage and site access to support construction priorities. Execute the broader logistics plan developed with the Corporate Supply Chain Manager, adapting to changing site requirements. Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers to identify and resolve logistics constraints before they impact progress. Coordinate site waste, logistics records and registers, ensuring activities meet HSEQ and environmental requirements. About You You are an organised, practical and proactive logistics professional who understands how construction sites operate and enjoys being part of the action. You Will Bring 3-5+ years' experience in construction logistics, site logistics, materials coordination or a similar construction environment. Proven experience coordinating deliveries, materials, plant, transport and site movements on major construction, infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, laydown areas, site access and material storage. Practical, organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems on site. Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers and transport providers. Why Join INTEC? Play a critical role in keeping a major renewable energy construction project moving. Take ownership of day-to-day construction site logistics while being supported by an experienced Corporate Supply Chain function. Work directly with construction teams and see the impact of your work on site every day. Gain valuable experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction. Join a growing international EPC business with a 5GW+ secured pipeline across global markets. Work alongside experienced construction, engineering, commercial and supply chain professionals. Be part of delivering infrastructure that will contribute to New Zealand's renewable energy future. If you're a construction logistics professional who enjoys being on the ground, keeping things organised and solving problems before they become issues, this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major renewable energy project. #J-18808-Ljbffr
