Competitive basic salary up to £37,000 depending on experience OTE up to £45,000 with additional earnings through productivity and time-saving bonus schemes Manufacturer accredited training, including Hybrid and Electric vehicle qualifications Supportive team environment with ongoing management support Clear career progression within a recognised dealership Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 - 17:00 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota, 8:30 - 12:30 Additional earning opportunities via bonuses Duties of a Vehicle Technician: Conduct vehicle health checks using advanced technology Perform servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests Carry out repairs and warranty work to high standards Road test vehicles to identify and confirm fault rectification Complete all relevant documentation accurately and efficiently Support the workshop team with additional tasks as required Requirements of a Vehicle Technician: Full UK driving licence essential Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally within a main dealer or reputable independent garage Motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop within the automotive industry Strong commitment to high standards and customer service Prior experience with reputable brands is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided This Vehicle Technician role provides a fantastic opportunity for skilled individuals to grow within a leading dealership network.
