The Opportunity This is a relationship role first, you'll work directly with farmers, understanding their operations, building trust, and matching the right inputs and advice to their goals. You don't need to have spent years on farm as an agronomic expert. What matters more is that you understand farm systems, you can have a credible conversation with a farmer, and you're hungry to build something. Technical knowledge is something we invest in developing. Curiosity, commercial instinct, and follow-through are things you need to bring.
