Supply Chain Assistant

NEW HEALTH is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our team in Rosedale, Auckland. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who is organised, accurate and interested in building a career in supply chain and e-commerce operations. Key responsibilities include: Processing e-commerce and channel orders, including picking, packing and dispatch preparation Maintaining accurate inbound, outbound and inventory records in our ERP system Supporting stocktakes and reconciling physical stock against system records Coordinating daily logistics and following up on deliveries Assisting with product batch, expiry-date and inventory turnover management Helping resolve order, inventory and logistics issues Gradually supporting inventory planning, channel order management and broader supply chain operations We would love to hear from candidates who: Are reliable, responsible and highly attentive to detail Work accurately and efficiently in a hands-on environment Have experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management or order fulfilment Are familiar with ERP or WMS systems Are confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Hold valid New Zealand working rights and are available to work full time Previous experience is an advantage, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are keen to learn and grow with us.
