Product Solutions Specialist- INTERNAL

Ready to take your technical career to the next level? We’re looking for a Product Solutions Specialist to join our team and become the go‑to technical expert for vehicle applications, compliance and body builds. This position can be located anywhere at any one of our dealerships but must be flexible to travel when necessary. What You’ll Do Develop technical drawings using Trailer WIN, AutoCAD and Truck Science. Support Sales Teams with technical advice and vehicle application solutions. Work closely with body builders, certifying engineers and suppliers. Ensure vehicle builds meet VDAM, HPMV, permit and compliance requirements. Lead complex vehicle build projects from concept through to completion. Develop standard drawings and work instructions to support future builds. Provide technical training, guidance and mentoring to Sales Teams. Work with Product Planning, Aftersales and the Vehicle Accessories Coordinator to deliver the right solution. You’ll Bring What We’re Looking For Strong commercial vehicle and technical knowledge. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Knowledge of vehicle compliance and certification requirements. Confidence working with internal teams, customers and external suppliers. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
