About The Role Reporting to the Fleet Manager and working alongside another Fleet Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of a diverse fleet of approximately 300 vehicles servicing the Palmerston North and Whanganui districts. This is a largely independent role requiring strong administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities and systems. Key Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle bookings and allocations using the SmartTrack fleet management system Respond to booking queries and fleet-related enquiries from users Monitor vehicle compliance requirements, including servicing, WOFs, registrations, and maintenance schedules Arrange vehicle servicing and transport vehicles to and from service providers as required Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders across the healthcare network Support continuous improvement initiatives and fleet optimisation activities About You You’ll be someone who enjoys problem-solving, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and remains calm and professional when managing competing demands.
