About the role | Mō te tūnga In this busy and varied role you are responsible for coordinating meetings, rooms, video conferencing equipment, visitor car parks and MSD pool car booking requests. You also be responsible for fleet management, catering, data entry, scanning, health & safety, reconciliations and other ad-hoc administration support services as required. You also have strengths in the following areas: Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills At least intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Good presentation skills – natural flair for design, layout and publishing Proven experience maintaining and improving office system A fast learner and flexible in managing a variety of tasks Training and ongoing development A supportive, caring team Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $61,466.00 - $73,903.00 The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is a people-centred organisation.
