Art Work Scanner

We’re looking for a fast, detail-focused Artwork Scanner to join our production team until Christmas. You’ll be scanning thousands of pieces of artwork daily, checking files for accuracy, and matching them to the correct student details. This role is repetitive and fast-paced, working quickly and precisely is essential. You must follow established processes exactly, this isn’t a role for inventing your own methods. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail are crucial. About Us: Kids Art Works is a busy print production business specialising in turning children’s artwork into high-quality calendars, cards, diaries, notebooks, and other keepsake products for schools across New Zealand and Australia. We work to tight seasonal deadlines in the lead-up to Christmas, producing thousands of customised products each day. Our environment is fast-paced, energetic, and focused on accuracy, every item we produce is a treasured keepsake for families. Key Tasks & Duties: Efficiently scan artwork with high accuracy Ensure artwork is print-ready Reconcile scanned files with correct student information Perform basic admin tasks Assist with physical tasks: lifting boxes and standing for extended periods Ideal Candidate: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with repetitive work Able to work to target speeds and be monitored for productivity Coordinated, energetic, and (bonus) paper-handling experience Fast learner, tech-savvy, and fluent in English Thrives in a high-intensity production environment Work Schedule: Currently 8:00am-4:30pm Hours will gradually increase leading up to Christmas Peak production (for a few weeks): full days 8:0 0 am – 6:00 pm Available now until mid-December $23.95/hour + 8% holiday page = $25.86/hour Important: You must have a valid working visa for New Zealand Please do not apply if you cannot legally work in NZ #J-18808-Ljbffr
