Summerset Milldale is seeking an inspirational Care Centre Manager to lead a new premium care centre at Milldale Village. You will build and guide a team of Nurses and Caregivers, overseeing daily operations and strategic care delivery. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will manage staffing, budgeting, compliance, and audits, while fostering a compassionate culture that places residents and families at the heart of care.
