Resident Wellness support| Highland Park (Highlands) Highland Park location -Work Close to home and beat the traffic Permanent, Part-time role - PM shifts -28.5 hours week Lovely Retirement villagesetting Great staff benefits offered……read on About the role We're looking for a ‘superstar’ to join our team as our ‘Resident Wellness Support’ at Highlands Village in East Auckland. Reporting to the Assistant Village Manager, this role is part of the Village team, supporting our independent living residents with their cleaning and laundry, supporting in the communal dining area during meal service and being ‘First Responder’ support if required. This role is working part-time, 28.5 hours week – Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 5pm -9.30pm and Saturday & Sunday 1.30pm to 9.30pm, so you must be available to work both weekend days. Some of the great things you will be doing: First Responder: able to respond calmly to emergency calls from residents while on shift. Assisting the residents in the communal dinning areas and assisting the kitchen clearing tables Housekeeping support- provide support to maintain a safe & clean environment in public areas Cleaning residents’ rooms and doing their laundry as required Supporting our residents to live their best life while remaining as independent as possible About you We are looking for an outgoing person ideally with Caregiver or Home support worker experience. Someone who has great communication skills and can use their initiative.
