Job Description
The Department of Corrections NZ is seeking a Health & Safety Adviser to lead safety initiatives in one of New Zealand's highest risk environments. You will coach and train on-site teams and act as a catalyst for sustainable wellbeing improvements across Auckland Prison. You will report to the Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and work with a small regional team to implement Safety II and resilience-focused practices, fostering a Culture of Care and continuous learning on site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
