What you’ll do: Join our Digital Platforms team where you'll help shape the future of EIQ - Genesis' customer app that helps residential customers track their energy usage, bills and account information. Working in a mature Agile squad alongside Developers and Testers, you'll turn business ideas into technical requirements, helping deliver regular platform enhancements and integrations with our R2G2 programme. Best of all, you'll see your work come to life through fortnightly releases and customer feedback. Some of the key responsibilities are: Partner with business stakeholders to understand and refine digital platform requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and technical requirements. Work closely with Developers and Testers throughout sprint planning, refinement and delivery. Support API and platform integration initiatives between EIQ and R2G2. Contribute to continuous enhancements that improve the customer digital experience. Help deliver high-quality fortnightly releases in a collaborative Agile environment. What you’ll bring: You're an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working in Agile delivery teams and loves seeing ideas become real customer outcomes. You will also bring; Experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile product or digital delivery teams. Confidence writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing backlogs. Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical outcomes. Experience working with APIs, systems integrations or digital platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams. A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
