AR & Customer Operations Coordinator

About The Opportunity Looking for a part-time temp role with more variety than your usual Accounts Receivable position? We’re working with a well-known international business that needs extra support for an initial three-month project, with the potential to extend. You’ll help onboard new customers before moving into a mix of customer operations and AR support, including: Setting up new customers and updating master data in SAP Following up outstanding information and keeping onboarding on track Processing customer orders and responding to queries Supporting credit control and aged debt Working across finance, sales, customer service and logistics What You’ll Bring This role would suit someone who is proactive, confident dealing with people and happy to roll up their sleeves. If you naturally spot ways to make manual processes simpler or more efficient, even better. Previous Accounts Receivable, credit control or customer accounts experience Confident communication skills and comfortable following customers up Strong systems capability, with SAP experience highly advantageous A proactive, organised approach and willingness to take ownership Comfortable working in an environment where priorities and processes can evolve Experience within FMCG, retail, wholesale or distribution would be a bonus What’s on Offer Part-time role 20 hours per week Initial three-month assignment with potential to extend Flexibility around how the weekly hours are structured A varied role combining finance, customer service and project support Opportunity to contribute ideas and help improve existing processes The preference is for someone who can spend most of their time in the office initially, although there may be some flexibility for the right person.
