Hōhepa is seeking a Property Services Specialist (Maintenance) to join our team in Hawke’s Bay. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys painting, decorating, general maintenance and vehicle management, and who can work independently or with the team to clear the daily to-do list. You will carry out a range of property maintenance tasks, oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate with the Property Team and external contractors, and manage a fleet of vehicles.
