Job Description Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist & Receptionist wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. As a Spa Therapist, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include Providing massage, facial and body treatments to the highest standards Building long term relationships with our guests Up selling Spa services and products and other hotel outlets Assisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks. As a Spa Receptionist, You Will Assist all visitors to the Luxe Spa at the Pullman and fitness centre, each time delivering an amazing guest service experience Manage inquiries & treatment bookings Upsell products and services, effectively providing solutions to meet the needs of our guests Ensure this outlet is kept immaculate at all times – including gym & pool areas and treatment rooms. Qualifications REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies Experience in a professional beauty environment A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time Exceptional personal presentation Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.
