Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to deliver and continuously improve learning, development, skills and competency initiatives across the UK business (c. 4,000 employees). The role leads a small team across two sites and owns the UK learning strategy and the skills and competency framework for all employees—blue collar and office-based.
