In this role, you will: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in an acute setting Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced and often unpredictable environment Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes Support patients and whānau through urgent and complex health situations Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and best practice initiatives Maintain professional standards and ongoing development through PDRP OurEmergency Department teamprovides 24-hour care for patients across the Tairāwhiti region, delivering timely assessment and treatment for a wide range of presentations.
