Job Description
Mobility and Rehabilitation Services (MARS), located at Woodend Hospital, are looking to recruit a Waiting List Administrator to support the delivery of Prosthetics, Orthotics (P&O) and Wheelchair Services. This role is responsible for the coordination and management of outpatient waiting lists, ensuring patients are booked appropriately and waiting time information is maintained accurately. Working closely with clinical, administrative and management teams, the post holder will play a key role in monitoring patient pathways, supporting service performance, providing day-to-day operational support to the administrative team and helping to ensure a high-quality experience for patients accessing our services.
