About the Role We are seeking a proactive Administrator/Typist to join our small, dedicated administration team supporting the Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service in Rotorua. This critical role-plays a vital part in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and successful team. About the Team/Service/ Location The Te Ngako Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service provides quality mental health care, clinical assessment and treatment for adults with community mental health issues in the Rotorua area. About you Enjoy working as part of a busy team Have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills Have at least 3-5yrs experience in administrative functions (experience in healthcare administration would be ideal but not essential) Have fast and accurate keyboard skills and audio-typing skills Be adaptable and flexible in work practices Be able to work under pressure and stick to timeframes Experience in the use of hospital software systems would be an advantage Advanced Microsoft Office skills would be ideal but not essential Full NZ drivers license #J-18808-Ljbffr
