This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about Te Reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and empowering ākonga to succeed. The successful applicant will have the ability to build strong relationships with local iwi and our wider community, while demonstrating a sound understanding of local history, tikanga, and mātauranga Māori. As head of department, you will: Lead and develop an engaging, future-focused Te Reo Māori curriculum. Inspire and mentor members of the department. Champion te reo Māori and tikanga across the school. Foster a learning environment where all students feel valued, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
