About the Role This is a highly varied role supporting people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe, warm, and home‑like environment. As a Support Staff member, you will provide a mix of practical assistance and meaningful connection. You’ll have the time and support to truly get to know the people you support, the focus is building relationships.
