The role As Senior Activation Specialist - Search, you will independently manage Paid Search accounts, owning strategy, activation and optimisation to deliver strong client outcomes. You’ll lead the planning, execution and ongoing optimisation of campaigns across a portfolio of clients, managing media budgets and developing proactive, data-driven recommendations across bidding, audiences, creative, budgets and account structure. A key part of the role is identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, client outcomes and operational efficiency. You’ll lead testing and optimisation initiatives, stay ahead of industry trends, product updates and emerging technologies, and help evolve Together’s Search capability. You’ll also act as a Paid Search subject matter expert within the agency, working closely with clients, internal teams and publisher partners, while sharing best practice and supporting the development of junior team members. Ultimately, you’ll help deliver outstanding and award-winning results for our clients and contribute to Together’s reputation as a best-in-class digital media partner. What you will bring to Team Together Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, SA360 and Search Marketing best practices. Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and deliver strategic recommendations. Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills. Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, innovation and process improvement.
