Job Description
Flying Kites is seeking a patient support worker to help a neurodivergent 18-year-old build confidence, routines and practical life skills. The role is 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekday mornings and afternoons and one overnight stay each month in Raumati South. You’ll focus on routines, meals, gym, dogs, and alongside-study support; the aim is independence, not doing things for him, and to foster genuine connection and fun. #J-18808-Ljbffr
