Conference Administration Support Auckland CBD | Full Time | Events & Conference Industry Do you thrive on being organised, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting teams behind the scenes? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Administration Support team member to join our busy events team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide administrative support across multiple conference projects, helping different teams deliver exceptional events and client experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, working collaboratively, and taking pride in getting the details right. You will be supporting a range of conference and event activities, including: Managing attendee registrations and delegate information Sending promotional and event-related communications Monitoring and responding to conference inbox enquiries Maintaining accurate databases and records Pulling reports and exporting event data Assisting with accommodation and booking administration Collating feedback and post-event information Updating speaker, programme and participant information Supporting sponsorship and exhibitor administration Providing general administrative support to conference teams as required What we’re looking for: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy You might be a recent graduate looking for an opportunity and foot in the door! Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Confidence working with databases, spreadsheets and online systems Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Strong organisational and time management skills You’ll be someone who Enjoys keeping processes organised and on track Takes ownership of your work and follows through on commits Communicates professionally with internal and external stakeholders Thrives in a busy environment with changing priorities Is proactive, reliable and solutions-focused Loves supporting others and being the person people can count on Be part of a collaborative and supportive team Work across a variety of conferences and events Gain exposure to different areas of event management Develop valuable administration and coordination skills Enjoy a fast-paced environment where your contribution makes a tangible difference If you’re highly organised, enjoy working behind the scenes, and want to play a key role in delivering successful conferences and events, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
