Join a structured, collaborative programme focused on accuracy, compliance, and delivery. 4 month contract | Auckland Central | Hybrid Join a major Payroll Transformation Programme focused onPayGlobal system enhancements, pay cycle changes, and Holidays Act compliance remediation. Working closely with the Payroll Test Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and executing test cases, managing defects, supporting UAT, and ensuring payroll outcomes are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. This role requires strong payroll knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on testing experience. Key Requirements Experience working with payroll systems in a testing or QA role Hands-on experience with PayGlobal (essential) Strong understanding of the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003 Experience creating and executing structured test cases and test scripts Proficiency with JIRA or similar defect/test management tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Payroll transformation or Holidays Act remediation experience Workday integration experience Enterprise system implementation experience Exposure to HRIS and payroll integrations About You You are detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working in a structured programme environment.
