Emergency Department Wairau Hospital Permanent 0.9FTE Working rostered and rotating shifts Monday to Sunday across mornings, afternoons and nights. About the Role We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Nursing. Applicants with other clinical experience may be considered if they can demonstrate the potential to work in our Emergency Department. About the Team/Service/Location We have a small but busy Emergency Department at Wairau Hospital with 2 resus rooms and 13 treatment spaces and provide a supportive and nurturing workplace to assist staff to meet the challenges of this diverse area, at the frontline of the acute health care service. About You You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate and will have at least two years of post-registration nursing experience. You'll enjoy the variety and challenge of a rapidly changing environment and will be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to quality.
