Facilities Services Manager Kerikeri, New Zealand Permanent Full-Time or Job-Share , 38 Hours per week Lead, coordinate and improve a dynamic science campus while creating a safe, efficient and welcoming environment that enables world-class research. This is a full-time position; job share may also be considered. What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua Lead the day-to-day operation of the Kerikeri site, ensuring facilities and support services run efficiently. Coordinate contractors, maintenance activities and workplace services to maintain a safe and professional environment. Act as the key local contact for operational matters, resolving issues and supporting site-wide initiatives. Manage health and safety compliance activities, including contractor management, emergency preparedness and regulatory requirements. Deliver exceptional service for staff, visitors and partners, while driving continuous improvements to site operations.
