Active+ National Support Office (NSO) in Auckland is seeking an Integrated Care Pathway Clinical Manager. You will lead MSK rehabilitation pathways, provide clinical governance, and coach a Navigation Team to deliver client-centred care. You will review referrals, perform triage and risk assessments, and work with ACC, GPs and specialists to optimise client outcomes.
