This is an excellent opportunity to shape and drive the global marketing strategy of a well-established, world-leading engineering business that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. The successful applicant will be employed on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting to the Global Business Development Manager. The Opportunity As Global Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of all strategic and tactical marketing across the company and its products. Working closely with the Global Business Development Manager and stakeholders across the business, your responsibilities will include: Developing and documenting global and regional marketing and strategic plans in collaboration with sales and product leaders. Owning and protecting the HamiltonJet brand — maintaining consistent positioning and strong brand standards across every market and product line. Social media content and community management Website content and development Digital campaigns, analytics, and reporting Lead generation from campaign activity Ongoing development of the Sales App, Sales Hub, and CRM Guiding video production and content creation alongside the Video Production Specialist — from storyboard ideation through to finished films that support sales, training, and social media. Producing high-quality marketing collateral and sales support tools for our sales, support, and distributor teams. Managing global events, including trade shows, sales summits, and regional distributor conferences — from concept and logistics through to on-brand, well-executed delivery. Driving publicity, editorial, and PR campaigns, managing agency and supplier relationships, and leading internal communications across our head office and regional offices. Facilitating factory tours and visitor relations for the marketing department and wider business. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven marketing experience, ideally within a B2B or B2C environment. A track record of developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns. Strong brand management skills and the ability to maintain consistent brand standards. Solid digital marketing experience across social media, websites, digital campaigns, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong event management and coordination skills, including trade shows and conferences. Good project management, planning, and organisational skills. Experience managing marketing budgets and external suppliers. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across different teams. Competency with CRM, content management, and digital marketing systems. The ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Experience within the marine, manufacturing, engineering, or technical industry — and in an international or global marketing environment — would be highly regarded. Why Join HamiltonJet?
