Job Description

Mobility and Rehabilitation Services (MARS) , located at Woodend Hospital, are looking to recruit a Clinic Coordinator to support the efficient administration of Prosthetics, Orthotics (P&O) and Wheelchair outpatient services. The post holder will coordinate appointment bookings, process referrals, support the day-to-day organisation of clinics, and act as a key point of contact for patients, clinical staff and colleagues. Working as part of a busy multidisciplinary service, the successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of outpatient clinics, support administrative colleagues, and help ensure patients receive a timely and effective service.
