We seek an ambitious associate principal to lead teaching and learning and curriculum across the school. This is a senior leadership role with genuine strategic influence, ideal for a leader who is hungry to grow, deepen their leadership practice, and has an eye for principalship in the future. You will drive high-quality teaching practice, curriculum design, and coherence from Years 9-13; strengthen assessment and progress tracking; support teacher professional growth; and ensure equitable outcomes for all learners. Working closely with the principal and senior leadership team, you will help shape the school's academic direction while contributing to whole-school leadership, culture and operations.
